A simple two-pair habit: an orange or amber pair for the earlier evening and screen work, and a red or deep-orange pair for the last stretch before sleep. Look for published ranges: orange filtering blue up to around 500 nm, red or deep orange reaching into blue-green around 550 nm. A wrap or close fit that blocks side light does the rest.
