Duralex Tempered Glass

French tempered glass for cold and table use; not for thermal shock.

Let food cool, then store it in glass: borosilicate for anything acidic, wet or fatty, jars for ferments, enamel or glass for the pantry and table. Cut on genuinely solid wood. Keep plastic and silicone away from heat, fat and acid.
