The Unruly Way
Discern like a Rebel

Discernment is when you don't have to reach the end of a lesson to learn it.

This isn't a method.

It's a middle finger to toxins, served with a cup of bone broth and zero apology.

01

Food is medicine.

I eat fermented everything. Grass-fed protein. Weeds from the meadow. I know the farmers by name. My wallet votes like a wrecking ball.

02

Nature is the first pharmacy.

Sunlight. Grounding. Living water. Circadian and seasonal rhythms, not as a trend, but as a rebellion against the fake-lit, fake-fed world.

03

One ingredient is enough.

Seed oils, trans fats, refined sugar, Frankenfoods, plastics, petrochemicals: zero tolerance. One swap at a time. No rush. No mercy.

04

Soil health is human health.

There is no healthy food without healthy soil. Regenerative agriculture isn't a buzzword. It's my line in the sand.

05

I listen to my body without shame.

I'm that annoyingly picky friend who brings her own salt to restaurants and raw milk to cafés. I used to apologize. I don't anymore.

06

I detox gently first, then go deeper.

Bone broths, bitter herbs, then concentrated extracts and protocols. Soft first. Then fierce.

07

Conscious resilience.

Stress and fear are toxins too. If I fail today, I still pat myself on the back. I'm not afraid of what I know. I'm armed with it. I am the intentional driver of my own health. I love my body and I love investing in it. A content body is my ultimate priority. I ruthlessly critique ingredients and sourcing, yet completely respect that the same product might be perfectly okay for another being.

08

The body is infinite possibility.

Trampolines. Resin chewing. Chakras. Even the really woo stuff. Nothing is too much when you love your body like a rebel loves her cause.

What's in your home is talking. It's been waiting to be read.

I read your home, your water, your air, the environment you reside in, like a map, to see what hides in plain sight. Prepare for a forensic, tender engagement. We find what's quietly eroding the people and places you love, and I hand you the way out. No products you don't need. What it asks of you instead is change, and a great deal of it. The choices and the actions are yours. The road, we share.

Each season, I choose a small number of individuals, families, and companies to work with. Discretion is total. The work is deep. When the places are gone, the list remains.
