How do we actually work together?

Two ways. The List is the real thing: a personal consultation, one to one, where we go deep on your environment and the supplements you rely on, and you leave with a plan built around your actual life. The Notes is the slower way to stay close until a spot opens, the occasional letter with what I am thinking about and testing.

Why is there no "book now" button?

Accepted Answer

Because I am not running a booking calendar, I am working with people properly. I take a small number at a time so each plan is genuinely mine and genuinely yours, not a template with your name pasted on top. You put yourself forward, I reach out when there is a real fit, and a spot has opened.

Do we meet online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most consultations happen online, which means where you live changes nothing about whether we can work together. If you are near enough that meeting in person makes sense, we can do that too.

Is this only about water?

Accepted Answer

No. Water is where I started and where I go deepest, but a consultation looks at the whole environment quietly shaping your health: your water and filtration, the air and materials around you, and the supplements you actually swallow every day.

Are you a doctor? Can you help with my diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

I am an environmental scientist and a holistic practitioner, not a doctor, and a consultation is not medical treatment. I will never tell you to stop something a doctor has you on. What I do is help you see your environment and your supplements clearly. Keep your doctor. Bring sharper questions.

Will you just tell me what to buy?

You will get clear, specific recommendations, the actual products and sources I would choose, because vague advice helps no one. There are no affiliate links here and no brand allegiances. If something does not pass the test, it is out.

I have already spent a fortune that did nothing. Why would this be different?

Accepted Answer

Because most of that spending was guesswork, and guesswork is expensive. The point of working together is to stop you paying tuition to trial and error, and to build one plan that fits your real conditions, your water, your home, your body, rather than someone else's.

What happens after the consultation?

You receive a written, personalised protocol you can act on at your own pace. If you want it, I stay with you through the part where most people quietly stall: making sure the right filter or supplement is actually ordered, set up and installed properly, and used the way it is meant to be. For organisations, that is often where the real work begins.

How do I prepare, and what do you need from me?

Honesty, mostly. Before we meet I will want a real picture of your situation: where you are, what you are dealing with, what you already drink, take, and live around, and what you have already tried.

Do you work with companies too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I help organisations look honestly at the environment they create for their teams, from the water and air in the building to the wellbeing choices they put their name behind.
